I take a holistic approach within all of my work. This means that I take the whole of the individual into consideration, rather than focusing on one specific aspect of their life.

This life coaching service consists of setting clear and tangible goals, formulating a solid and structured plan, and identifying the necessary steps that are required in order to attain your goals.

This service is for traversing into 1-2 past lives that are relevant to your life here today. *When booking an appointment for this service with the specific goal in mind to visit a past life, I do recommend (although it is not required) having some sort of intention of what you would like to get out of this beforehand.

Note: This service could also be used to look back into any past experience to gain insight on how it may be affecting and influencing your life today, and to move past old limitations that may be restricting you or holding you back in any way.

* My clients for this service usually have the best experiences when they come with an intention of what they would like to take away from the session, and have at least a basic understanding of what past lives are.
